I know today’s post is going to seem a little old and outdated because it contains some old fashioned advice, but when it comes down to it when you live with chronic pain, you need vitamin D and the best way to get vitamin D is from the Sun.

Now I don’t recommend laying out in the Sun for 3 hours at a time or even one hour at a time. What to do recommend getting some sunshine in 10 minute increments. About 10 minutes once or twice a day.

This vitamin D obtained naturally will help boost your body’s energy level more than you can imagine.

Just don’t bask in the Sun too long that you become sunburned because that’s not going to help your pain it will just add to it.
